Josi started her career as an author in the summer of 2014. She's published over 150 books in the last ten years, and worked as an author assistant, intern, foreign rights manager, publisher, and marketer. She holds an associates degree in business management but is a firm believer that experience is far more valuable than any degree ever will be.

 She lives in the mid-west, where you never know what the weather is going to be like, and enjoys spending evenings on the couch with her husband, two kids, and four dogs. 

​

It was always her dream to be a literary agent and after working with numerous agents and failing to find someone she connected with she made the decision to create her own agency. 

​

She brings to the table a different POV, as she knows what it's like to be both an author, and agent. This makes her a rare jewel in the industry and personally makes her feel closer to her authors. 

 

 

Katie started her love for reading at a young age, and continues today with reading an average of 50 books a year! With an associates in office manager she possess the ability to problem solve and communicate effectively. She has been told she is very approachable- when needing help with no judgement.

 

Recently, fulfilling a dream to move up north to our Cabin- where she lives with my husband, two children, 2 dogs and a kitten fur grandchild. She enjoys going camping with family and friends- making memories.

 

Katie enjoys learning new things, which is how she began to work here.
